Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://idabbysllc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services. Idabbys LLC delivers Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Trim Painting, Fence Painting. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Idabbys LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Idabbys LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Idabbys LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Idabbys LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idabbys LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by LA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in LA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Idabbys LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
